One of the best things I like about the blues is its simplicity. It is not over complicated, and the simpler it gets, the more powerful the music. Ray Charles and Robert Johnson for example. Nothing spectacular, just soul.

This progression it probably the best for a beginner to start developing their own style over. Its easy to process, and yes feeling can be learned easily at this point. Great lesson.
